- If the project has not started and no resources have been allocated.

- If there is a significant delay in the project caused solely by our team, without prior agreement or valid reasons.  

- If the final deliverables fail to meet the agreed-upon specifications outlined in the project contract, and corrective measures are not possible.  

 

 2. Non-Refundable Situations  

Refunds will not be provided under the following conditions:  

- Once development work has commenced and milestones have been delivered.  

- For delays or issues caused by client-side factors, including failure to provide timely feedback, incomplete requirements, or lack of communication.  

- If the client decides to change project requirements after work has started.  

- For dissatisfaction with features or functionality that were not included in the original agreement.  

 

 3. Partial Refunds  

Partial refunds may be considered based on the amount of work completed and the nature of the issue. The refund amount will be calculated proportionally based on completed milestones or deliverables.

To request a refund, follow these steps:  

1. Submit a written refund request to info@mohasagorit.solutions explaining the reason for the request and providing all relevant documentation.  

2. Our team will review the request within 2-3 days and may request additional information or schedule a discussion.  

3. If the refund is approved, the amount will be processed within 2 business days.  

 

 5. Dispute Resolution  

If a mutual agreement cannot be reached regarding a refund, the matter will be resolved as per the dispute resolution terms outlined in the project contract.
